It took me two attempts to get my quota of words written today.
I started slow, (I often do, mornings aren't really my thing and I'm just coming back from my post con recovery period,) and just as I was actually starting to gain momentum my eyes started hurting. I finally had to give up because I was tearing so hard I couldn't see what I was doing, and when I looked in the mirror my eyes were horribly bloodshot. So I asked my son, (who had dropped in to say good morning just as I was starting writing) if I had bloodshot eyes earlier. He said not.
Later my eyes stopped hurting so after putzing around on my computer for a bit I went back and tried again.
They seem fine now. I wonder what that was all about?
I also made some progress on the next Black Flag page today. Talon is now wearing his very own belt that I made for him myself because I wanted one that holds a blaster as well as his rapier, and I was getting tired of the cross draw workaround. Now all I have to do is get the space armor uv mapped, make some textures for it, and resize it to fit the gorilla-like build of the crewmen that Talon has with him, and *then* I will be done…
