Do not read further unless you are planning to create Black Flag derivative works -- it contains mild spoilers for future Black Flag stories.
The following list is provided for the purpose of establishing Black Flag character's personalities, preferences and capabilities in advance, in the hopes of preventing future bad feelings and misunderstandings.
- Blood, Silver and Bonnie Anne are het.
- Silver is a one and only kind of guy. At no point is he available. (Except to Bonnie Anne, of course.)
- In case anyone is feeling put out by the above, it should be pointed out that Blood is available for casual encounters, and he's sexier than Silver anyway.
- Bonnie Anne being available is not cannon (she never had the chance, really), but it's not out of character either. However, she is very intense and loyal, and not likely to favor casual encounters.
- Blood and Bonnie Anne are violent people but they are not cold blooded killers. (Hot blooded killers, more like.) They might beat someone up in a "fair" fight but they wouldn't torture them.
- Silver is quite capable of cold-bloodedly beating someone to a pulp, but he doesn't like to kill. According to the cannon, he never has killed anyone. (This will be mentioned in book 3.)
- Silver's ship specialty is marked as JOAT in his character listing. This stands for "Jack of All Trades". His actual ship duty certifications are engineering general, enginneering engines, sys op general, shuttle pilot, data manipulations general, communications, system security, and medic.
- Blood is certified in every engineering specialty except deepspace generators. This doesn't mean that he doesn't know how to build/repair deepspace generators, it just means that he isn't willing to admit that he knows.
- If you have been playing close attention you will be aware that unlike Silver, Blood actually does have two names. Nobody calls him by his first name. (Well, I presume his mother did, but she died when he was a young teen.)
